Regional COPLA will deepen into the lessons learning process which the programme’s partners have acknowledged in the research phase to, therefore, systematize and share them regionally.

To be able to accomplish this challenge, we have written a thorough questionnaire involving content, results, strategy and competencies; these answers will offer the needed knowledge of the fundamental factors that would explain how knowledge feeds into policy and practice.
